Darren Epps is a founding member of the firm. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from California State University at Sacramento in 1989. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from McGeorge School of Law in 1994 and attended the University of Salzburg where he received a certificate in International Legal Studies. Prior to forming the firm, Darren practiced with AV rated law firms in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Darren’s practice focuses on construction law, personal injury and casualty claims, premises liability, public entity, defense, and general civil litigation.

Michael J. Gilroy is a founding member of the firm. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree with honors from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1981. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1986. He also attended the University of London where he studied international law. Prior to forming the firm, Michael practiced with AV rated law firms in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and the San Luis Obispo area, where his practices emphasized construction defect, personal injury, premises liability and complex litigation. Michael divides his time between the Oregon and California offices.

Andrew Grade received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the State University of New York at Brockport in 1995, where his studies emphasized international business and marketing. Andrew received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Willamette University School of Law in 1998. Prior to this firm, Mr. Grade practiced with two Portland area AV rated defense firms where he worked in the areas of premises liability, product liability, construction law, insurance coverage, bad faith and general litigation. Andrew’s practice currently emphasizes construction defect, personal injury and casualty, premises liability, insurance coverage, and appellate law.
